Stepping Stone Clinic wellness classes are perfect for those thinking about stepping into therapy (but not needing individual support) or stepping out of therapy (and wanting continued support). Classes are ongoing – come for one, come for many – with different topics, special speakers, and activities rotated throughout the year. Kris Lyons NBC-HWC, CHWC
Behavioral Health Coordinator
Kris, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, has a passion for integrating mindfulness practices into fitness, nutrition and overall wellness.
Her professional path began over 20 years ago when she started and led one of the first organic smoothie companies in Minneapolis; in the years since, she has run her own Pilates studio and provided fitness, nutrition, and stress-management classes for a wide range of organizations and audiences.
Kris is devoted to making the world a better place and she’s starting with you. She was recently granted permission to share her adaptation of the meditations, activities and prayers from The Book of Joy, By His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
Kris brings her extensive teaching experience, plus a long list of certifications and areas of study, to her work as a Behavioral Health Coordinator and Wellness Educator.
